Crave26 Events is completely stoked that it's summer FINALLY!!! There is nothing like a great event outdoors.I feel as though there are so many options as to location and design when planning an event in the summer. While during the other seasons your limited to indoor events, it seems as though the summer offers up the great outdoors and the possibilities are endless.
In May Crave26 Events hosted a Paint the Town Pink Event at Loft 266 Bar and Lounge in Worcester, Ma. It was such a great turnout and we had some amazing businesses participate. Girls Gotta Go Travel came as well as Skinny Water serving up "Skinnitinis". Delicious!!! USANA added an excellent health touch to the event while NonPareil Jewelry rounded out the group. I have to say Erica King does a tremendous job displaying the best up to date items the business hasd to offer. If you are Pandora crazy then Erica King is your women to see.
Being in my 9 month of pregnancy it has truly been a test of my will power. The recent heat here in Massachusetts has really taking a toll on my swollen feet! I am sure any women that has been pregnant during the summer months can relate to my exhaustion and overheated symptons.(lol)I was truly delighted to plan a cocktail and appetizer get together to celebrate the upcoming birth of my son Alexander. The event was held at Luciano's Cotton Club at Union Station in Worcester, Ma. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better day 85 degrees. The event was outside and boasted a casual lively atmosphere. We decorated the event with blue and white balloons. There were ten tables that were adorned with square glass vases filled with blue iridescent marbles and water. In the vases was either a yellow rubber ducky or a blue sunflower. I think in these summer months where the temprature usually reaches 85 or above its probably smarter to keep your events light airy and effortless. If your planning an event for close family and friends as we did it made more sense to be as simplistic and classy all at the same time. All the while keeping within the theme and purpose of the event. The summer is about relaxtion, long lazy days, and cool nights. Your events should reflect this.
Too close up I want to add few notifications. Paint the Town Pink Worcester will resume its event schedule beginning at the end of August. We plan to have new businesses and new locations.
